Anupy Singla is a former TV anchor. She moved to the United Sates to Pennsylvania when she was three years old. Singla’s food writing has published in Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun-Times, The Wall Street Journal, etc. Currently, she lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters. She is the author of The Indian Slow Cooker: 50 Healthy, Easy, Authentic Recipes. Anupy Singla’s mom first started experimenting with a slow cooker in 1970s and quickly discovered that she can saved hours of her time without sacrificing the taste. |
