Garlic Chutney (Lasoon Chutney)

Garlic Chutney Recipe

Garlic chutney, which is also known as Lasoon Chutney is a simple chutney and yet comes out very well. This classic chutney made from garlic (known as Lasoon in Hindi) tastes good and also good for your heart. We can use it as a paste with butter to make a garlic bread.

2 medium size garlic
2 Green Chilli
1 cup curd (plain yogurt)
Salt to taste


1 Peel garlic. Grind garlic with chilli.
2 Add salt and mix with curd. Serve as chilled chutney with rice or snack.
