 Ingredients
1 cup dried coconut (grated)
1 teaspoon urad dal
3 chilies (change quantity to desired degree of hotness)
2 tablespoons tamarind paste
1 teaspoon plain yogurt (curd)
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
 
 Preparation
1 Heat oil in medium heat.
2 Fry the coconut and urad dal until coconut is light golden.
3 Place in blender with spices and grind coarsely and serve.
